Summary
This bill would require Public Regulation Commissioners to have a B.A. and at least seven years of work experience in:
- an area regulated by the commission;
- engineering;
- finance, economics and statistics;
- law;
- accounting; or,
- consumer protection and advocacy.
This bill is a companion bill to Senate Bill 8 . It is not a companion bill to House Bill 47 on the same subject.
