Summary

Under this measure, at least one member of the Game Commission would be an outfitter who is registered with the State.

There may or may not be a benefit to requirement set forth in this bill as the effect of any one position on the Game Commission is dependent on the person and his or her views, especially since “outfitter” is not necessarily tied to any one particular set of views regarding wildlife with the possible exception of wanting to ensure that enough wildlife is out there for the outfitters to stay in business.
