The bill New Mexico’s Sunshine Portal to include information about the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District (MRGCD). The information that will include:

• its annual operating budget;
• its salary schedules and policies;
• a directory of the district employees by name, title and salary;
• monthly expenditures (all disbursements);
• monthly revenue by source;
• outstanding contracts with a total maximum expenditure of more than twenty thousand dollars ($20,000); and.
• an inventory of all real property owned by the district.

Outcome: HB 138 died in the House Judiciary Committee.
