A Joint Resolution Proposing An Amendment To Article 8 Of The Constitution Of New Mexico To Restrict The Use Of Money Derived From Taxes, Excises, Surcharges And Fees On Motor Vehicle Fuels And On The Purchase, Registration And Use Of Motor Vehicles To The Planning, Construction, Maintenance And Improvement Of Transportation Projects And Programs, Payment Of Bond Debt From Transportation Projects And Other Purposes At The Tax Or Fee Amounts That Are Provided For By Law In Effect On The Date Of The Adoption Of The Amendment.
