Summary

This bill amends the Liquor Control Act to provide that a winegrower may accept and fulfill orders for wine that are placed via internet web sites.

A possible benefit of this bill might be the support and encouragement of New Mexico’s vineyards and wine industry by allowing another substantial marketing avenue.
