Summary

This measure makes changes to the current New Mexico Fertilizer Act. That current Act sets forth registration, labeling, inspection and other such requirements for “commercial” fertilizer in the State. The bill removes the “commercial” qualifier throughout the Act so that it applies to all fertilizer that is distributed in New Mexico. The bill makes other minor and technical changes to the act.
